Return & Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (support@patch-please.com) by a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the sample cancellation form below, but it is not required.

Return Instructions: The return shipping address will be provided after you submit the cancellation form via email. A return shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders. Alternatively, you may ship directly to our returns center at no additional processing fee (standard return shipping costs apply). Our returns center is located at: H020, 3/F, Phase 2, Kwai Shing Industrial Building, 42–46 Tai Lin Pai Road.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Important: Cancellations cannot be processed immediately after placing an order, as our logistics center ships orders within hours of purchase. Once the product arrives, you may exercise your right to cancel.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days to the return address provided. Used, damaged, or improperly handled products cannot be accepted for refund.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
